- CoolDressedKids guarantees that we will have the lowest delivered prices at the time of your purchase. Send us any verifiable offer from another retailer (except, eBay sellers) on the same product as we are selling and we will match it. If we cannot match it, we will give a 10% off coupon for your next shopping purchse. That's it!

- CoolDressedKids charges no sales tax. (except California shipments) Simple as that.
- Shipping & Delivery In the USA
- USPS Ground Shipping is Flat Rate on all items within the United States. There is $50.00 minimum order required to get free shipping! This includes Alaska, Hawaii, and Military APO and FPO addresses. Very reasonable charges do apply for upgrade shipping options such as 3 Day Select or 2nd Day Air. Please contact us if you wish to upgrade shipping on an item All orders will be processed on the next working day following order placement and sent to the wharehouse for order fullfilment.
- Shipping & Delivery to Canada
- We ship using USPS First Class International mail for all Canadian orders. All orders will ship on the next working day following order placement. This service typically adds 4-10 working days to any Canadian address delivery.

- WE DO NOT SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES or CANADA AT THIS TIME

- We do not share customer information with any outside groups or interests. Your transaction with CoolDressedKids is entirely confidential. We treat your email address, name, and physical address with the same respect as we would want our own information treated. CoolDressedKids utilizes the highest level of security for your online purchases. We use a third party payment service Paypal in our checkout process. We never see your Credit Card information, WE DO NOT COLLECT YOUR FINANCIAL OR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. Shop with confidence!
- Returns & Replacements
- Any product purchased at CoolDressedKids may be returned (or exchanged) unused and in it's original packaging in resellable condition for up to 7 days after the item is delivered. Items cannot be accepted for return or exchange once used or if incomplete. A return authorization number (RA#) is required for all returns and exchanges. A return authorization # may be obtained by using our helpdesk, found by clicking the My Account link found at the top of every page on CoolDressedKids.com. We will need your name, email address, and CoolDressedKids order #. This is required to allow us to accurately track and manage return shipments.
- Ordering
- To place an order on CoolDressedKids.com simply browse to the product page of the product you want to buy, click the "Add to Cart" button. Once the item appears in your cart simply click the "Checkout" button. Registration is not required to order, but does offer extra site features and future discounts.
- Payment & Pricing
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. We also accept bank debit/check cards with the Visa or Mastercard logo via Paypal. All prices are listed in US dollars.
- Viewing Orders
- An email confirmation of your order will be sent immediately upon successful completion of the order process. If you have created an account with CoolDressedKids, you may also view all of your CoolDressedKids orders by logging in to your account.
